Closeup showing one of the base insulators on tower #3. There are three concrete piers which stand about eight feet above ground. The insulators are about three feet long. Shown here is the Austin ring transformer which carries tower lighting AC power across the base. From the looks of things, a stray piece of vine is climbing up the pole supporting the Austin transformer primary and may be in contact with the "hot" tower.
