The mount consists of two Unistruts mounted in concrete piers that go down 42 inches. The green panels are a surplus 7 inch rack panel that was cut in half. The panels carry the Delrin insulated mounting brackets for the pipe. The Delrin brackets were recovered from a broadcast transmitter that was being dismantled for scrap. The white feed wire is visible connecting to a screw lug soldered to the pipe between the Delrin brackets.
