Unused doghouse and antenna base

There are two unused antenna tuning unit houses and concrete piers near the eastern towers (2 and 3). I'm not sure why they were built but it doesn't look like they were used. Perhaps a surveying error put them in the wrong spot, or the array parameters were possibly changed after they were built, requiring the towers to be erected in different locations
